Berry. Annette passed away on Wednesday 21st January 2015 aged 46 years. The funeral service will be held on Thursday 12th February. There will be a Committal service at Sedgemoor Crema-torium for family and close friends only at 1pm, this will be foll-owed by a memorial service at St Michael's Church, Brent Knoll at 2pm to which everyone is welcome.
