SNOWDON James (Jim) passed away at his home in Wedmore on 26th August 2016 Aged 66 years. A much loved Husband, Father, Step Father and Grandad. He will be sadly missed. The Funeral service takes place today, Thursday 15th September at Sedgemoor Crematorium 11.30am. Family flowers only please but donations if desired for Weston Hospicecare may be sent to R.
