DYER Michelle Claire. Passed away peacefully at Musgrove Park Hospital Taunton on Thursday 8th September 2016 aged 43 years. The funeral service will take place at Sedgemoor Crematorium on Friday 30th September 2016 at 12.15. Family flowers only please but donations in memory of Michelle are being gratefully received by Myotonic Dystrophy Support Group.
