LEWIS Tony John Of Burnham-on-Sea. Passed peacefully away in Hospital on 7th March 2017, aged 71 years. Beloved Husband of Doreen and Brother of Rosemary. Funeral Service on Tuesday 21st March at Sedgemoor Crematorium at 12.00 noon. Family flowers only please.
