A tribute show for a 1980s supergroup is coming to The Princess Theatre.

The Unravelling Wilburys takes to the stage on March 16 at 7.30pm.

Garnering rave reviews all over the UK, this top-notch ensemble performs country-rock tunes of the renowned 1980s band, The Traveling Wilburys.

It also incorporates classic hits from each of its five legendary members; Roy Orbison, Tom Petty, George Harrison, Bob Dylan, and Jeff Lynne.

Evolving from the popular Beatles tribute band, Sgt Pepper’s Only Dart Board Band, The Unravelling Wilburys consist of Sticky Willy, Walter, Thumper, Blind Melon and Honky Tonk Wilbury.

Embodying the 'real' Wilbury brothers, they bring their unique approach to tribute performance, telling the story of Nashville’s Tootsies Bar in 1987 and their struggle to reclaim their stolen songs.
