MAKE a date in your 2012 diary to see YOU ME AT SIX, who stormed into the charts at number three with their third album ‘Sinners Never Sleep’ and will release second single ‘Bite My Tongue’ on November 28.

For the band will be at the Westland Centre in Yeovil on March 21 as part of a UK tour.

Produced by Garth Richardson (Biffy Clyro, Rage Against The Machine, Red Hot Chili Peppers) and recorded at the famous Sound Factory studio in Los Angeles, the album sees the band exploring their most mature sound to date, extending their scope wider than ever before. The single, featuring good friend Oli Sykes from Bring Me Horizon, is a dark anthem that showcases the band’s heavier side.

Heavier tracks such as Radio One A-listed lead single ‘Loverboy’ and the new single, merge seamlessly into the hook-infused melodies of ‘Jaws On The Floor’ and ‘Reckless’. ‘No One Does It Better’, ‘Crash’ and ‘When We Were Younger’ sees the band a little quieter and more introspective.

Reinforcing their crossover from underground heroes to mainstream contenders, You Me At Six have also confirmed their biggest headline tour to date. Culminating in London’s Brixton Academy on April 2, the tour sees the band playing big venues in almost all major cities.

March 17 Leicester, O2 Academy 18 Nottingham, Rock City 20 Bournemouth, O2 Academy 21 Yeovil, Westland Centre 23 Cardiff, The Great Hall 24 Liverpool, University 25 Newcastle, Academy 27 Glasgow, SECC Hall 3 28 Manchester, O2 Apollo 3 April 1 Birmingham, Ballroom 2 London, O2 Brixton Academy Since the release of their last album ‘Hold Me Down’, the band enjoyed a rush of landmark events. First was their main stage debut at the Reading and Leeds festivals in 2010 followed by two nationwide tours, which reached a combined audience of 65,000 people. 2011 also saw the band named as Best British Act at the Kerrang Awards.

You Me At Six were recently named as Future Flames Ambassadors by Coca-Cola, a Presenting Partner of the London 2012 Olympic Torch Relay, and will be helping to find inspiring young people to carry the Olympic Flame next year. www.youmeatsix.co.uk www.facebook.com/youmeatsix
