Drake’s fourth studio album Views has finally dropped on iTunes, and fans are losing their minds on social media.
The Canadian rapper first announced his latest release back in July 2014.
During that time, he released If You’re Reading This It’s Too Late and What A Time To Be Alive in addition to Hotline Bling – one of the biggest UK hits of his career to date.
Hotline Bling peaked at number three on the UK Singles Chart back in August. Drake has also enjoyed two number ones thanks to Rihanna’s What’s My Name, where he was the featured artist, and chart-topper One Dance featuring Wizkid and Kyla.
It’s been a long time coming, but Drake fans can at last lap up one of the most anticipated releases of 2016 so far.
A mixture of rap and R&B, Drake is happy with the result. He told Zane Lowe: “I don’t want you to get it right away. If you’re able to get it right away and say ‘OK, I get it. That’s a great song’, I don’t want that.”
Fans on Twitter shared their awe and absolute delight. It’s a veritable Drake love-in out there.
