CHRISTMAS celebrations get underway at The Playhouse Theatre with the Viennese Strauss Christmas Gala today (December 1).
Featuring the British Philharmonic Concert Orchestra, the gala includes another fantastic programme of Viennese Christmas delights.
Audiences will get into the Christmas spirit with this immensely popular evening of Viennese music, Christmas songs, witty stories and much more.
Conducted by Fraser Goulding, an expert in Viennese music, the orchestra will play a variety of Viennese favourites by Strauss, Lehar, Kalman and others while traditional carol singing, Christmas readings and lots of fun, the whole family can get into the festive spirit.
