A REGULAR on radio and TV programmes such as Just A Minute, QI and Countdown, Pam Ayres brings her latest show to The Playhouse Theatre in Weston to coincide with the publication of her new book of poetry.
Pam has been a writer, broadcaster and entertainer for over 35 years having made her first TV appearance in 1975 on the TV talent show, Opportunity Knocks.
Influenced by her everyday life, her work is witty and approachable.
The humour of the poetry lies in the absurdity and simplicity of the little details she observes. Pam performs in excess of 60 concerts a year and has taken her one-woman show to Ireland, the Middle East, Hong Kong, France, Kenya, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
Experience a fun evening with the talented Pam Ayres at the Playhouse on September 22 starting at 5pm.
Tickets, priced at £21, are available on 01934-645544 or online at theplayhouse.co.uk
