TICKETS are on sale for a two-day music festival with a charitable edge at The Oaktree in Highbridge this May.
A raft of bands are already booked up for the event including international battle of the bands winners Firekind, North Petherton cider-lovers The Thatchers and soulsters Sun Dog Days.
Shoot The Moon, who supported The Wurzels at their Bridgwater floods benefit gig, The Mangled Wurzels, covers band Snappa, and The Fallen Apples are also on the line-up.
This celebration of Somerset talent over the weekend of May 24-25 replaces Scrumpstock, a festival to promote Somerset cider but will be more diverse in its music offering, say organisers.
Somerset Community Foundation, which has coordinated the Somerset Emergency Flood Relief Fund, and BARB Search and Rescue are set to benefit from the music weekend.
