SATURDAY: Burnham's Gypsy Watkins sings for charity

GYPSY Watkins will make a welcome return to Burnham’s Princess Theatre on May 3 with a concert to raise funds for the Gypsy and Purple Foundation.

Gypsy will be singing a number of songs from opera through to jazz and Country to pop.

Those who heard Gypsy last time described her voice as ‘fantastic’.

The Gypsy and Purple Foundation has been established to help children with life-threatening illnesses in the UK and around the world.

They are hoping to establish the first caravan holiday village in the UK.

Tickets cost £8 for a child, £9 for concession and standard tickets cost £10.

The show, on Saturday, May 3, starts at 7.30pm and tickets are now on sale.

There will be another show on Saturday July 25 also at 7.30pm, tickets will be available soon.
