YOUNG bookworms have been set the task of reading six books this summer to win prizes.

Libraries across Sedgemoor are inviting children to navigate their way through the Mythical Maze Summer Reading Challenge, where kids can collect stickers and fill in a Mythical Maze poster.

More than 7,000 youngsters took part in the initiative, run by Somerset County Council, in 2013.

Everyone who completes the challenge will not only be given a certificate and medal, but be entered into a draw for the chance to win prizes, including a day trip to Wookey Hole and @Bristol.
