VISIT the tea rooms at Westonzoyland Pumping Station Museum of Steam Power and Land Drainage which will be open to all on New Year’s Day.
The tea rooms will be serving festive home-made cakes, hot drinks, mulled apple juice in the warmth of the cafe with a wood burner.
Visitors will also be able view the largest collection of working steam engines and pumps in the south of England.
They can warm up next to the 28 working engines, see the roaring fire in the marshall boiler and blow out the festive cobwebs from noon to 4pm. An admission charge applies.
