IF you have ever experienced emotional distress, you may find a new course helpful.
The Looking After Yourself course aims to support you in finding ways of self managing different areas of your life that can cause challenges.
The course will explore assertiveness, shyness and loneliness, decision making, conflicts life management, time management, positive thinking, crisis management, anxiety, depression and self-esteem. Classes will be held every Monday starting from January 12 until March 23 at Sunny Side Up, Bridgwater.
