IT'S not everyday that one of the world's leading classical crossover bands drop into Burnham.

But the amazing Annie Moses Band who hail from Nashville, Tennessee, also play jazz, bluegrass and Gospel.

They've headlined The Grand Ole Oprey and Carnegie Hall and now this talented family of six siblings is coming to The Princes Theatre for an amazing night of top class music.

The AMB is America's premier classical-crossover string and vocal band. The six members of one family have won numerous awards for their virtuosic string playing, eclectic vocals and stylistically diverse arrangements.

Their music includes classical, Americana, progressive folk, and jazz influences.

Although they've toured all over their native America, Australia and even North Korea, this is the band's first ever UK tour - so definitely one not to be missed.

Alex Woolaver, who plays violin and sings vocals with sister Annie said: "We are really excited about coming to the Princess.

"We know Somerset has a great musical tradition and we are looking forward to meeting fans old and new."
