BOOKENDS, the world's most authentic sounding tribute to the music of Simon and Garfunkel is heading to Burnham.

Made up of close friends Dan Haynes and Pete Richards, the Bookends show, Simon & Garfunkel: Through The Years, was labelled as “a must see” following a BBC Radio tour in 2013 and when two voices sound this good together it’s easy to understand why.

After wowing audience across the UK and performing a run of sell-out shows at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe, Bookends is back on tour with their moving and powerful live performance and multimedia show, taking a chronological journey through the friendship and career of Simon & Garfunkel.

Featuring interviews with Paul Simon and Art Garfunkel, original movie footage and wonderful live performances by Bookends, the show features hits like Mrs Robinson, The Boxer and the unforgettable Bridge Over Troubled Water.

Last year's performance at The Princess was a sell out and this year's event promises to be even bigger and better.

This is a truly magical show that follows the career of the duo that gave us some of the best music and lyrics of the 60s, 70s and 80s.

The show reminds us why Simon and Garfunkel are considered the greatest folk/rock duo ever.

The Princess Theatre, Burnham. Friday March 11 7.30pm.
