BUDDING actors are invited to attend open audition with the Princess Theatre Company for its next production, Islands.
The play is the eleventh original theatrical production by the PTC, and is a thriller set in Bristol in the late 1970s and in Afghanistan in the mid 1980s.
There are three principal roles, two male and one female. There are also up to six smaller parts. Anyone interested in a backstage role is welcome. Auditions will take place on Thursday, March 10 between 7.15pm and 8.45pm.
Islands is an adult production set around adult themes and anyone interested in joining the production must be aged 18 or over.
The PTC always welcomes new members, whether as actors or for those would like to be involved with other aspects of putting on theatre productions in a fully equipped community theatre. The company meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
The PTC is supported by the Princess Theatre and sponsored by Burnham and Highbridge Town Council.
The play is scheduled for a single performance on June 17.
