FEW tribute bands make it past dotting around small venues by emulating their heroes - but this Sweet Child of a band has become a hit worldwide and are at The Railway Hotel in Burnham next month.
After forming in 2002, Guns 2 Roses have headlined festivals, played to crowds exceeding 35,000 and have even borrowed the original GNR drummer for a tour.
The six-piece line-up seem to have captured the natural charisma of the rock band, are close to perfecting the sound and even look like the real thing.
The London-based band have headlined the Glastonbudget tribute festival three years in a row and performed to more than 35,000 at the Matthew Street Festival.
Other strings they have added to their bow include hosting the official premiere for Chinese Democracy in London, are the only tribute to sell out the famous Cavern Club in Liverpool two nights in a row and were the first tribute band to play the world-famous Marquee club and Hard Rock Cafe in London.
Guns 2 Roses play songs from Appetite For Destruction, GNR Lies, Use Your Illusion I and II, Spaghetti Incident? and also tracks from Chinese Democracy.
The band also performs songs that GNR have taken to the stage, but never been put on a record - this should be a very exciting night for GNR and rock fans in Burnham.
Guns 2 Roses will be performing on February 26. Tickets are £6 from The Railway bar. For more information call the venue on 01278-784828.
