Leads for Dirty Dancing at Playhouse Theatre announced

THE main leads for An Evening of Dirty Dancing, which will be performed at Weston’s Playhouse Theatre on August 29, have been announced.

Matt Firth and Jenna Lee-James head up the cast of this sexy song and dance spectacular, which features all the hits from the iconic movie Dirty Dancing.

Jenna Lee-James is one of the few actresses to have played both female lead roles of Scaramouche and Meatloaf in the worldwide smash hit Queen musical We Will Rock You. She also starred alongside Lee Mead and Gareth Gates as the narrator in Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Joseph at the Adelphi Theatre.

Matt Firth is originally from Leeds and has enjoyed a prolific West End career, appearing in the Rod Stewart rock musical Tonight’s the Night, Fame the Musical and spending a season with the world famous Royal Shakespeare Company.
