Rag day in Burnham
BLUES duo Rag Mama Rag (pictured) are coming to the Ritz Acoustic Club in Burnham tonight (Thursday, October 18).
The husband and wife team, Ashley and Deborah Dow, will play a selection of tunes from the 1920s and 1930s, including Delta blues, east coast ragtime and early country, on a wide range of instruments.
Club chairman Rob Brown said: “Rag Mama Rag tour the west in the autumn every two years and we snap them up every time. They’re just so good.”
The gig starts at 8pm and tickets cost £4 on the door.
