TEN members of King Alfred Amateur Boxing Club will be competing in the club's latest show at King Alfred School on Saturday, May 24. It will be matched for between 16 and 18 bouts.

The King Alfred boxers involved will be Aaron Stokes, Daniel Keen, Jordan Callow, Mason Shaw, Kieron Gibson, Michael Hughes, Aidan Stokes, Andy Bolton, Jack Kensley and Mark Dyer.

A table of special Bristol Pro-Warriors will be in attendance as guests, one of them being the ex-WBC world champion Glenn Catley.

The doors open at 7pm and the show will start at 8pm. Tickets are on sale at the moment: £7 adults, £5 for 17 years and under and OAPs. Entrance on the door will be £8 and £6.

Sponsored tables are available, while there will be a bar and food.

For anyone who would like to do the training or work towards becoming a boxer, the sessions are four times a week from 6.30 to 8pm.
