Programme sellers needed for Highbridge and Burnham Carnival
THE HIGHBRIDGE and Burnham Carnival Committee is seeking people to volunteer to collect funds and sell programmes on the big night.
John Hodgson, Treasurer, said: “We’ve had around ten people come and join the committee, so I extend my thanks to them.
“But we need as many volunteers as we can get. You never know how many will turn out and the financial situation of carnival is not great so we need people out there fundraising on the night.
“If people want to arrange to collect for a charity we can also arrange donations.”
