A MAN has this afternoon (November 27) been charged with the murder of Catherine Wells-Burr.
Tadevsz Dmytryszyn, 38, was originally arrested and bailed following Miss Wells-Burr's death in September.
Her body was found in a burned out car in Ashill.
A police spokesman said: "Investigations have continued since, and this weekend he was further arrested by officers, and this afternoon was charged with her murder."
Rafal Nowak and Anna Julia Laqwinowicz, who are currently awaiting trial, have also jointly been charged with conspiracy to murder in connection with the death of Miss Wells-Burr, from Chard.
Tadevsz Dmytryszyn is due to appear at Bristol Magistrates' Court tomorrow.
