Smoke alarm plea to Sedgemoor home owners
HOME owners in Sedgemoor are being asked to make installing a smoke alarm – or checking that their existing one works – a New Year resolution.
Fire Service safety chief Phil Martin said: “A smoke alarm can offer vital protection for you and your loved ones, but most people simply fit them and then forget them.”
