Burnham MP helps faith-based organisations

FAITH-BASED organisations may find it easier to apply for charitable status, thanks to Burnham MP Tessa Munt.

Ms Munt has co-sponsored a new Charities Bill to give exemption to religious organisations from the need to demonstrate their aims are for the public benefit.
