Generous giving of Diocese of Bath & Wells parishioners
PARISHIONERS across the Diocese of Bath & Wells proved their generosity by significantly increasing the amount of money they contribute to the church in the past two years.
The diocese enjoyed one of the highest collection rates in the country in 2011 and 2012.
Sums collected by each parish are paid into the Common Fund, which is shared out fairly across the diocese.
