Barn owl visit for Sedgemoor youngsters

A barn owl.
CHILDREN at a Sedgemoor primary school received a visit from a barn owl.
Chris Sperring MBE, conservation officer with the Hawk & Owl Trust and vice-president of Somerset Wildlife Trust, brought along Beau the barn owl to Ashcott Primary School.
Chris talked about a project to get a barn owl box in each of Somerset’s 335 parishes.
