BANDS around Burnham and Highbridge which play classic rock n’ roll can be in with a chance of performing in front of a crowd of 5,000.
The organiser of a rock n’ roll-themed classic car show is offering bands the chance to perform at the annual Footman James Great Western Autojumble, which takes place at the Bath and West Show Ground in February.
Organiser Nigel Stevens said: “The show is a celebration of great cars from a great era, but it wouldn’t be rock n’ roll without the music.
“We would love to give local singers and bands the opportunity to use our show as a showcase for their talents.”
To apply, email nigel@bccsl.co.uk by the end of December. The show takes place at the show ground in Shepton Mallet on February 15 and 16.
