Sedgemoor council's contact centre changes calling hours
SEDGEMOOR Direct, Sedgemoor District Council's telephone contact centre, will be changing its 'opening' hours from this week.
The new hours are 9am until 5pm; previously they were 8am until 6pm, but it was found very few customers called after 5pm.
