THE children at Berrow School joined the lighthouse painting fun with the rest of the Burnham area with their own wonderfully decorated lighthouse.
The title given to their work of art is ‘Eddie the Penguin Saves the World’, which ties into a play the children are doing.
In their play, Eddie the Penguin travels around the world addressing issues of global warming that are melting the ice caps.
Berrow School’s lighthouse is one of 34 six-foot tall replicas of Burnham’s iconic lighthouse that are being placed around the Burnham area on May 3.
