The Victoria Hotel says...

we at The Victoria Hotel are still open and will remain open for as long as we can ,
we have provided hand sanitizer for our customers use and using our private supply of spring water to wash glassware
How ever our kitchen will be closed if the water is not back on by 6pm

Sorry though the Toilets are Closed
