SOMERSET fellas are being invited to take part in a competition to find the man most in need of a makeover.

Clarks Village has teamed up with British fashion designer, Jeff Banks, and is offering one lucky reader a guaranteed £150 makeover from the former Clothes Show Live pre-senter.

The winner will receive the makeover from Jeff himself in his store at Clarks Village on Saturday, May 24.

To enter the Newsquest online competition and win a guaranteed £150 makeover with Jeff Banks, simply enter your details here.

For those in need of a make-over that aren’t lucky enough to win this competition, never fear - you can still get yourselves down to the Street Outlet Centre on the same day and take part in Jeff’s ‘Best Dressed Day’ catwalk competition.

The event will see male shoppers ‘walking the walk’ in their own clothes at noon, before ten will be chosen to have a £250 make-over with Jeff and then take part in a catwalk show modelling Jeff’s clothes, at 2pm.

It will then be up to the audience to decide who is the most dapper.

The lucky winner will take home a weekend away for two in Paris and a £500 Jeff Banks watch, while ten other finalists will get to take their clothes home with them after the event.

Jeff will also be on hand to provide expert fashion tips and advice to the audience throughout the afternoon.

Speaking about the event, centre manager, Geoffrey Nidd said: “As you can imagine we are all really excited to be working with Jeff and his team and hope that the best dressed men of Somerset will all come down and take part.

"In addition to some great prizes, it promises to be a fun afternoon for anyone who loves fashion.”

Clarks Village is situated just outside Glastonbury, and offers a wide choice of fashion, homeware, sportswear and gift ideas at up to 60% off with a choice from over 90 famous designer and high street stores, including Whistles, Joules, GAP Outlet, The North Face, M&S Outlet, and CK Underwear.

There are a wealth of locations in which to stop and refuel - whether it's a light bite at Costa Coffee or Caffè Nero, or a meal with family and friends at Frankie & Benny’s or Prezzo on the Restaurant Terrace.
