YEAR 11 students from King Alfred’s School in Highbridge arrived in style for their prom – although everyone had their own interpretation of what would make a stylish entrance.
Prom-goers travelled to Rookery Manor in Weston in a variety of vehicles, not all of which were petrol driven.
Horse-drawn carts, sports cars, limos, the Mystery Machine, an old Welsh bus and even a mobility scooter were amongst the chosen methods of transportation for the graduating students.
A sea of colour filled the car park outside Rookery Manor as parents dropped off their children in their lush dresses and smart suits to take part in their prom.
