A HIGHBRIDGE resident is calling for a seagull cull in Somerset.
An anonymous complaint about the “horrible creatures” was sent to Sedgemoor District Council and Somerset County Council on Sunday.
It read: “Can we please do something in Somerset about the sheer amount of seagulls which squawk in the night?
“They fly over to the industrial estates in the evening, near M5 Glass, Leakers Storage etc and nest there.
“They are everywhere. King Alfred School and Sports Centre is full with them, Apex Park and not to mention the sea front. They are constantly hunting for food.”
