FIONA Andrews, director of Smokefree South West, has welcomed figures showing smoking among 11 to 15-year-olds has hit a record low of 3%.
She said: “Action including banning tobacco advertising, putting large and graphic health warnings on packs and making enclosed public places smokefree have all helped. Plain standard tobacco packs is the obvious next step.”
