RNLI Lifeguards have branded their service this summer as a great success.
RNLI lifeguards have ended their season on Burnham and Berrow beaches.
Hailed as a great success, the lifeguards worked alongside Sedgemoor District Councils’ beach management team of beach wardens and clean surroundings staff.
The RNLI lifeguards will resume their duties next season during July and August.
The SDC beach wardens will remain on duty until late September to supervise beach activities, provide basic first aid, issue jetty permits and collect car parking fees.
