TODAY is 'Blue Monday' and is supposedly the most depressing day of the year.
We ask the people of Somerset what they think about Blue Monday and how they keep perky during the cold winter months.
Steve Hough said: "I don't really get depressed, I'm quite a jolly person. I just make sure I have a lot of things planned for January, keep busy and look into booking a holiday."
Janet Green said: "I think the best thing to do is to get out and enjoy yourself."
Brian Hodges and Viv Moore agreed that Mondays are always a drag regardless. Viv said: "I think Mondays are always depressing anyway because it's the start of the week. But I think a bit of sunshine makes all the difference."
David and Tricia Anderson said: "We don't find January depressing at all. We're retired so we just do what we want to stay happy!"
