TWO-THIRDS of 18 to 35-year-olds in Sedgemoor are not saving into a workplace pension, according to research by the Now: Pensions group.
It is calling for greater flexibility in pensions to encourage young people to save.
It found that 87% of young people think more education around pensions is needed, but for 12% their debt is too much of a burden to allow for saving.
As a result, 61% of them say they are concerned or very concerned that they won’t have enough money when they retire
