TWO people were threatened in an attempted robbery in Burnham.
Police are appealing for witnesses after the two men threatened their victims with an unknown weapon last night.
A 61-year-old man and a 57-year-old woman were walking along a pathway in Worston Lane at around 8pm on Wednesday evening when they were approached by the two men.
The men threatened the victims with an unknown weapon and demanded money.
The offenders made off empty-handed along Worston Lane, possibly in the direction of Priestley Way.
One of the men was white, 6ft, possibly in his twenties, of slim build and wearing a black hooded top or bottoms with a grey scarf covering his face.
The second was 5ft 8ins to 5ft 10ins, of slim build, wearing the same style of clothing as the first man.
