ENGLAND have finished with a goalless draw against Slovakia in their final group game despite dominating possession and chances.
Elsewhere, Wales won 3-0 against Russia to finish top of the group with six points.
England's two draws and a win against Wales puts them through in second place on five points.
Slovakia finished in third place on four points, while Russia finished bottom with a single point.
England enjoyed 61 per cent of possession, and took 30 shots in comparison to Slovakia's four efforts, but were unable to find a way past Kozácik in the Slovakian goal.
Goals from Aaron Ramsey, Neil Taylor and Gareth Bale secured Wales position at the top of Group B.
