A CONVICTED burglar from Somerset has been recaptured after going on the run.
Lee Cooper, 34, was arrested in Essex last night (Thursday, December 1).
Avon and Somerset Police had warned people not to approach Cooper, who was wanted on recall to prison for failing to comply with the terms of his licence.
He had been released from prison after serving a 22-month sentence for offences of burglary.
A force spokesman said: "We'd like to thank everyone who assisted with our earlier appeal."
