THE owners of a Brent Knoll holiday park has submitted plans to transform some of their land into a caravan site with a new games room and equipment store.
Westbrook Farm in Brent Knoll near Highbridge is already used as a touring park for holiday makers but proposals have been submitted to Sedgemoor District Council to change the use of an overflow field on the property to a caravan site and to convert an agricultural building on the site into a games room and equipment store.
The holiday park already has 43 pitches available for caravans of which eight are hard standing but want to add to their capacity by creating the new caravan site.
The plans were submitted to Sedgemoor District Council on January 11 and comments on the project are welcome until February 5.
