A DERELICT Highbridge bank may be set for a makeover as plans have submitted to turn the site into four new flats.
The former NatWest bank building on Hunstpill Road has remained empty for the last two years after it closed down in the summer of 2014.
But plans submitted to Sedgemoor District Council on January 5 show developer, R.Tincknell and Sons LTD wish to transform the ground floor of the abandoned bank into four new flats.
The developer plans to build three one bedroom flats and one two bedroom flat.
Comments on the application are being accepted until January 30 and then the plans will be considered by Sedgemoor District Council.
