A CAR park entrance road has been closed after high tides damaged part of the concrete roadway.
Berrow car park's entrance road onto the beach was closed by Sedgemoor District Council last weekend after heavy rain and high tides caused damage to the road.
A spokesman for Sedgemoor District Council said: "The surface of the road wsd damaged during last weekends storms and high tides.
"Work to repair the road has started and it is hoped it will reopen this Thursday."
