POLICE are considering taking action against a man who called 999 every few minutes to report cars parked outside his house.
He called the emergency number "at least 14 times" in about an hour last night (Wednesday).
According to tweets from Avon and Somerset phone operator @LisaPolice999 he became "increasingly aggressive" after starting the calls at 9.45pm.
