ORGANISERS of the RNLI Rainbow Race have said they are anticipating that more than 300 entrants will go to Burnham-on-Sea beach to participate in the 3.5km run.
The event on May 28 will see participants run down Burnham beach whilst having multi-coloured paint thrown at them.
Lesley Hart, organiser of the RNLI Rainbow Race, said: "Sign up now to avoid disappointment as tickets are selling fast and there will be no entries allowed on the day.
"This is a great family event organised entirely by local volunteers. The event will raise much needed funds for the RNLI lifeboat station in Burnham on Sea which provides a 24/7 lifesaving service along the local coastline.
"We are thrilled to be working with Ripple Events this year and once again the wonderful Tori Taylor from Burnham Boot-camp will lead the warm up session."
Tickets cost £6 per child, £12 per adult or £30 for a family ticket.
The entry fee includes a medal, free t-shirt and a bag of paint to throw at the start line.
