A SUPER slimmer has raised more than £170 for two charities by losing weight.

Tracey Bagg, from Burnham-on-Sea, had already lost nearly four stone since January 2016 through Slimming World before taking on her slimming challenge.

She said she was thrilled when she discovered she had lost 12lbs in six weeks.

“I feel brilliant, I’m walking a lot more now and nothing aches, its been a real success,” Tracey said.

Tracey started her weight loss challenge on July 24 and logged her progress online until her final weigh-in on September 25.

The determined slimmer lost 3.5 inches from her bust, five inches from her waist, 3.5 inches from her hips and two inches off her legs.

She said was motivated to lose the weight after pledging her support to two Burnham charities, Hands of Change and In Charley’s Memory, which she says are close to her heart.

“So far I have raised just over £170 but there are still donations rolling in,” Tracey said.

“I wanted to do this because I know Jo from In Charley’s Memory and Kay from Hands of Change and admire all of the work they do.

“I haven’t had all of the donations yet so I am hoping to get more money for the charities in the next few days.”

The dedicated slimmer said she has no plans to slow down and said she wants to lose three stone by April.

She added: “I’d like to thank everyone who has supported me through my sponsored slim especially my family, friends, Slimming World friends, colleagues and staff at The Victoria Hotel.”
