SOMERSET was spared the worst of Storm Eleanor.

Although the county got off quite lightly compared to other parts of the country, there were still some hairy moments, with high winds and heavy rain.

Jophie Bruford captured the scene in Blue Anchor, where the sea lashed waves up to several metres high.

And Alan Casling was out on the Somerset Levels showing the extent of flooding there.

Send us your photos of Storm Eleanor.

Weather warnings are still in place, but the worst of the storm has now passed.
