THE countdown to the next Burnham-on-Sea food and drink festival has officially begun.

With a large selection of traders, events and entertainment planned for Saturday, May 26 in the town centre, the celebrations are set to be even bigger this year.

More than 130 local food and drink producers will be setting up shop and selling their produce this year and there will be free entertainment throughout the day.

The free event will run from 9am until 4pm in Burnham town centre.
