A TEDDY bears picnic has raised £85 for The Friends of Marine Cove.
More than 100 people turned out to enjoy the sunshine in Marine Cove Gardens on Monday (May 7) and enjoyed activities and a picnic.
The Mayor of Burnham-on-Sea Cllr Bill Hancock attended the event and The King Alfred School Brass Band performed for visitors.
A spokesman for The Friends of Marine Cove, said: "We have done several events over the last five years, some are busier than others but there is always a good atmosphere and the children love to get involved.
"The bear hunt with all the actions and the best dressed Ted were especially popular and the gardens are lovely for a picnic at the end of it all."
